Chris Muhango is a Ugandan Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) - UK. He is a lecturer of marketing at Makerere University Business School. He has also lectured at Makerere University, Uganda Management Institute and other universities in Uganda. He is the founder of Tig Marketing and Tig Institute for Communication. He has over 20 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing development communication, social marketing, stakeholder mobilization and advocacy campaigns on the African region. He has worked in the following sectors: education, tourism and wildlife, water and sanitation, health, renewable energy, agriculture, microfinance and rural banking. He has provided professional advice, consulting and training services to companies, parastatals, government institutions, regional organizations, donor projects and NGOs. He is a talented trainer and public speaker; good at lobbying, networking and building partnerships. He is passionate about promoting Kiswahili in Uganda using the street language concept.
